Life on campus

Admission requirements

Bournemouth University requires that you have at least general study skills for admission to a bachelor's degree. Diplomas / documentation of general study competence can be forwarded, if you complete this closer study start. In general, Bournemouth University requires an above average grade point average for admission, but be aware that admission requirements may vary from study to study. Bournemouth University also considers motivation and references.

For undergraduate studies, a grade of 4 or better is required in English from high school, or an English language test is taken: TOEFL or IELTS. Please note that Bournemouth's Media School has its own language requirements. Applicants for Master's programs must normally take an English language test: TOEFL or IELTS.
